Alpino human resources policy is subject to a solution oriented management style that values the employees, open for changes, effective on source usage and respectful to the humanity and the environment.
Our human resources principles are to plan the human resource in order to maintain our work in the most effective way, recruit the employees using operative methods, hiring employees, assigning the positions and establishing the needs for training and executing them.
To forward our employees with training programmes based on their interests and their talents is also an important policy. Audits and detection regarding occupational safety and health are completed regularly. Career planning and development programs are evaluated regarding performance management which has taken a great deal of prominence recently.
Our main target is to motivate the Alpino team and prioritize the loyalty, offer chances of self-development, offer equality of opportunity, to raise and maintain productivity to the maximum level by means of a transparent management policy.
